CRUISE YOUR WAY TO A FAST METABOLISM

I am thrilled to invite you to join me on an unforgettable 7-day tropical adventure through the Caribbean aboard the Holland America ship Nieuw Statendam, sailing from Ft. Lauderdale on February 18th, 2024. As we leave the challenges of the past behind us, I am thrilled to bring you a new and exciting cruising experience that is both safe and enjoyable.

I invite you to join me as we explore the power of food and its effects on your metabolism, and to experience the benefits of adventure and self-care. Our onboard activities will include meal mapping sessions, cooking and planning options, program spinning, body-specific development, and empowering group activities. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow FMD-ers at a fun meet-and-greet event, as well as attend a book signing with me.

We will be embarking on a tropical Caribbean adventure, stopping at four stunning ports of call - Half Moon Cay, Ocho Rios, Georgetown, and Cozumel. In addition, we will also have two days at sea to relax and enjoy the ship's amenities. Each of these destinations offers a unique blend of natural beauty, vibrant culture, and exciting activities that are sure to inspire and delight you. Plus, talented chefs will be serving up a variety of delicious metabolism-boosting meals throughout the journey, making this experience both enriching and satisfying.

As always, my dedicated staff is committed to ensuring that your cruise experience is stress-free and enjoyable. I am excited to welcome you on board for this magical journey, filled with endless possibilities and new discoveries.

Please note that space on this cruise is limited, so we encourage you to book early to secure your spot. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to explore the Caribbean and experience the benefits of a Fast Metabolism lifestyle.

For those who joined us on our first FMD cruise in 2019, I can't wait to see you again and continue our journey together. And for those who are new to our community, welcome aboard!

Thank you for choosing to sail with me, and we can't wait to see you in the Caribbean!

Warm regards,

Haylie

WE'RE GOING ON A CARIBBEAN CRUISE
CHECK OUT THE PORTS OF CALL WE WILL VISIT!
Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Prior to embarking the ship, or when you return, take time to visit Ft. Lauderdale. This area is famous for its beaches, arts, culture, and events - from shopping on Las Olas Boulevard, to gondola rides on the canals, to the historic riverfront. Just two miles north of Port Everglades, you can experience Fort Lauderdale's landscaped beachfront promenade, with its signature white wave wall and brick paved path. Enjoy dining on Las Olas Boulevard or the historical districts and visit the mansions and yachts dotting Millionaires Row. Stop by the Stranahan House, a preserved 1900s home furnished with antiques of the era. Or "follow the red brick road" of the Riverwalk, the landscaped park, to the Arts and Entertainment District. Another fun adventure is to the Everglades for an exhilarating air boat excursion.
Half Moon Cay, Bahamas
Half Moon Cay, Bahamas
This Bahamian island captures all the magic of a secluded retreat. Privately owned by Holland America, Half Moon Cay remains largely in its pristine, natural state, with a wonderful Wild Bird Preserve designated by the Bahamian National Trust. Its beach is a two-mile-long, crescent-shaped bay with silky, white sand beaches - the perfect tropical island paradise you dream of. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling, glass-bottom boat rides, and a variety of activities from the Water Sports Center (including kayaks, paddle boats, sailboats, parasailing, deep-sea fishing, and scuba diving).
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
On his fourth voyage, Columbus was marooned for a year outside of Ocho Rios on Jamaica's north coast. You may imagine that the explorer gave the town its name after finding eight rivers here, but surprisingly that isn't its origin: It's a corruption of a word for waterfalls, of which there are many-far more than eight. Anyway, if you want to talk like a local, just call it Ochi. Visitors to Jamaica today are likely to think of reggae first, of course, and Bob Marley was born right here in the St. Ann Parish. The nearby region is one of the island's finest for nature hikes among all the plants that provide the spices and fruits that go into making Jamaican cooking so outrageously delicious. Many visitors to Ocho Rios enjoy a hike up Dunn's River Falls where you'll pass through a series of limestone steps hidden beneath the rushing water. Stop along the way for a dip in one of the falls' clear, terraced pools.
Georgetown, Cayman Islands
Georgetown, Cayman Islands
George Town is the capital of the Cayman Islands and one of the most popular cruise-ship destinations in the Caribbean, thanks to its year-round tropical weather, white-sand beaches, and clear blue waters. Don't miss Stingray City and diving & snorkeling near the coral reef, George Town offers plenty of duty-free shopping, restaurants, and cafes. If you can pull yourself away from the beach, try an excursion to one of the West Indies' few remaining tropical rainforests.
Cozumel, Mexico
Cozumel, Mexico
Cozumel is proof that Mexico can do 'island flavor' with the best of the Caribbean. It may not be the biggest island in the sea, but Cozumel offers a huge variety of things to do, see, taste, and explore. One of the top diving destinations in the world for its bright storybook coral reefs, the island of Cozumel is also home to a variety of natural beaches. Choose a beach with soft white sand for relaxing, or snorkel off a rockier vista. A destination for both adventure and romance, Cozumel has a year-round Caribbean climate, untrammeled jungle, and abundant nightlife.
